Policies & Procedures

Pre-registration is strongly suggested and can be done on our website or through the Mindbody fitness app. Signing up for classes ahead of time helps the teachers prepare for class and ensures you get a spot as they are limited. It also ensures you are notified if class is canceled for any reason

  • Classes can be canceled on the website or the mindbody app up to two hours before without losing your class pass or drop in. Yearly and monthly memberships may be subject to a $15 late fee if canceled after the two hour window during waitlisted classes

  • Class passes expire one year after purchase. Drop ins expire 14 days after purchase. Specialty classes expire 6 months after purchase. All purchases are non refundable including merchandise. We are happy to hold or extend out your class passes, memberships and drop ins if you need more time to use them, just let Lauren know before they expire. You will receive an expiration e mail shortly before the expiration date

  • Personal belongings including equipment bags, purses, wallets, keys, shoes, *all electronics* with ringers and notifications turned off etc should be left in the lobby. Doors will be locked during class times to protect your valuables and this keeps the studio space from being cluttered during class

  • *Cell phones are not allowed in the studio space during class*

  • Classes start promptly at their scheduled time and the front door will be locked when class starts. Banging on the door does not guarantee entry once class has started and will be left up to the teacher

  • We welcome you to use our props. We sanitize them after use so blocks can be set off to the side and anything that is stored in the closet can be left right outside of the closet entrance. *Please refrain from using blankets and bolsters during warm/hot classes*

  • In the event a class is canceled last minute, because we do not have a sub available, for vacation or due to weather you will see it on the app mind body website. If you are pre registered you will receive an e mail. You will also be contacted personally by text if you are pre registered and have a phone number on file. We highly recommend you check the app before you leave for class, especially in the winter months
