  • Lead Trainer


    With over a decade of dedicated experience in the yoga community, Jasmine is an ERYT 500 and YACEP certified instructor recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Her journey has taken her around the world, where she has had the privilege of hosting numerous yoga retreats and teacher training

    Lauren is a designated RYT 500/YACEP in accordance to The Yoga Alliance. She is a 200hr YTT graduate of Mighty Yoga in Ithaca NY, as well as Vibrant Life school of Yoga. She has several other certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation through Vibrant Life school of Yoga, and The World Institute of Yoga
