Expect a wide range of poses starting with a warm up. We’ll work our way through Sun Salutation variations, standing/balancing postures, hip openers, backbends, twists and cooling inversions. Practice will end in a complete and full final relaxation

Slow Flow

Our vinyasa practice slowed down to a pace that creates new challenges for the mind and body. Fewer postures with more time to deepen and release into each pose

Yin

Our traditional yin class focuses on the breath and the art of stillness during long holds in various postures designed to strengthen the joints and target the deep connective tissue like ligaments and fascia

This class is a great compliment to our yang classes like Vinyasa, slow flow and Super flow where we focus on strengthening muscles

Dynamic Yinyasa

Unique and specific to our beliefs at Vibrant Life,

this hybrid class breaks all of the traditional yin rules by adding movement to yin postures in order to work on mobility and range of motion.

Sprinkle in some flowy sequences (vinyasa) throughout and ta da!

This ritual practice adds yoga philosophy to our breathing, movement and meditation practices

Each week will follow a specific focus based on yoga philosophy. You will get a brief description of that focus, a breathing technique, movement and meditation.

Show up with an open mind. Take what you want and leave what you don’t

Yin/Restorative with Yoga Nidra

Traditional yin and restorative options offered to help wind down from the busy week and prepare for the week ahead

Props will be used to offer support in each posture and class will end with a Yoga Nidra guided Meditation

Yoga Nidra translates into Yogic Sleep and is an ancient technique used to guide us into a deep state of conscious relaxation

Functional Yoga

Our functional classes focus on strength, mobility and range of motion. We combine postures, light weights, resistance bands, and mobility drills to help keep the body strong

This is the perfect class to incorporate into your yoga practice to help heal from injury, any sensitivities in the body and also to help prevent and or heal from over stretching

Power Yoga for All (PYFA)

This class has it all!

Pranayama, Sun A's, Sun B's, Balance & Mobility, Shapes & Stability, Core, & Meditation

Power Yoga For All is a comprehensive approach to power yoga encouraging the practitioner to start here. Heavy prop usage is encouraged regardless of the level of practitioner as props can aid us to go further and are not looked at as a sign of weakness, but a sign of growth. This is an alignment based yoga practice that encourages each student to see how their body feels, not necessarily how we think a posture should look. This all encompassing approach to practice is what brings the power

Super Flow (Hot)

For seasoned power Yogis ready to ascend to the next level, this class covers all the bases for a full body workout.

This cardiovascular twist on Power Yoga turns it up with a fast paced flow and more creative sequencing.

Expect to rapidly link the breath to movement in a “warm up”, stabilize through core work and back bends, create shapes while detoxing and then cool it down with some floor stretching. After Savasana you’ll leave feeling stimulated and ready to take on the world
